ریسک طرف معامله (Counterparty Risk)
تعریف
ریسک طرف معامله یکی از انواع ریسک‌های اعتباری و به معنای احتمال زیان ناشی از ناتوانی طرف دیگر معامله در ایفای تعهدات قرارداد است.
