تقلب (Fraud)

تعریف

تقلب عمل یا اقدام فریب‌کارانه، پنهان‌کاری یا اختفاء عمدی، سهوی یا منحرف‌کردن حقیقت برای دستیابی به امتیاز غیرقانونی یا غیرمنصفانه؛ تحریک و توجیه دیگری برای تقسیم یک شیء ارزشمند یا تحریک به واگذاری یک حق یا امتیاز قانونی مسلّم؛ و یا آسیب‌ وارد کردن به دیگران با روش‌های مختلف است.
